With over 20 years of experience selling luxury homes in central Florida I have learned the importance of "Long Term Client Relationships".  Past clients are lifelong friends and because of this "client first" philosophy the majority of my business is referral based. I am there long after the keys are handed over!

I continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  I was one of the first to receive the Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist (ALHS) in the country and recently added the Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHS) to my accreditations.   In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. My assistant, Ann Mindich, is licensed as both an agent and assistant.  Ann ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly freeing me up to spend time with my customers.
